Hacienda Bona Vista or Buona Vista is located northwest of Lake Guayo about a mile North of Hacienda Pons.  It was established by Spanish immigrant from Mallorca Salvador Oliver Castañer (1847- ) and his Venezuela born wife Adelaida Delgado Perdomo.  

Its most recent known owner was Salvador Oliver Llinás (1912- ), son of Antonio Oliver Delgado and Catalina Llinás Arbona and grandson of Salvador Oliver Castañer and Adela Delgado Perdomo. On his mother side, his grandparents Gabriel Llinás Oliver and Francisca Arbona Oliver were also in the coffee business as the owners of Tahona Llinás in Yauco.
