When designed ca. 1918 for Florecio Santiago Rivera (1855-1924), son of Clotilde Santiago owner of Hacienda Carmen  in Coamo and brother in law of  Pablo Cot , it was one of just a few rural setting designs done by Nechodoma.  The family relationship between Santiago and Cot may explain the reason why Nechodoma was commissioned by both to design their homes.
Today it is at Calle San José 101 Oeste and belongs to Felix J. Rivera Lupiañez.
